I have again spoken with Guss, Cobh’s Water Curator, and now have a timetable for water restrictions.
9am-5pm 75% pressure flow throughout town
5pm-9 pm 100% pressure flow throughout town
9pm-9am less than 25% pressure flow throughout town (put in place to refill reservoir)

Once again I wish to recognise the efforts Guss has put in over the last few days to make the best of a difficult situation.
