Minister Phil Hogan is visiting Cobh at 1.30 today to unveil a plaque to mark the completion of Phase 1 of the Cobh Landslide Programme. He will unveil the plaque at Harbour View (top of Preacher House steps). He is then due to make a brief visit to Cobh Library before leaving Cobh at 2.30.
