The STEP mentoring programme is seeking volunteers for its upcoming run. If you are looking to get involved to help support young people aged 18-25 within the context of the STEP training course and have got time and skillsto give, then please consider this. There is no qualification or level ofexperience required but if you feel that you can listen, support, encourageand talk to a young person to help them achieve their goals in life, read on. The programme commences this September with recruitment conversations and training for volunteers.
The commitment beyond that is for 2 nights per month until January and then 1-2 meetings per month with your mentee. If you would like further information please read the Frequently Asked Questions by following the link attached or email James at step@indigo.ie or call 4814060.
