An Exhibition of Maritime Paintings and Models

Sirius Arts Centre presents a collection of paintings and models from The Port of Cork Company’s collection of fine historic maritime art dating from the 1800s. Most notable among the collection are a number of maritime paintings by George Mounsey Wheatley Atkinson who painted ships and maritime views, and Robert Lowe Stopford who gave us a series of panoramic views of Queenstown (Cobh).

Special Thanks to Port of Cork for lending their collection for this exhibition.

Sirius presents 2 performances of lunchtime theatre in the Sirius with Cobh’s own Haulbowline Theatre Group. Sunscreen with music by Carol Lennox and Dave Duggan is 50 minutes of Theatre. performances commence at 1:10pm exactly – don’t be late! Tickets are €10 including lunch.
