Aces Wild want to thank everyone who turned out on Thursday to support them during the Redfm Broadcast at Kev’s Gaff in Cobh. It was an incredible day blue skies and sunshine. The Red FM crew set up and Dave Mac the main man himself arrived just in time to broadcast his Red Drive show at 4..There was lots of fun, chat, music and of course the band themselves stars of the show who played live to a packed house and garden for the final hour of the show. The Red Bull girls also arrived and added to the party atmosphere by giving out free cans of Red Bull.
All of this took place due to the lads entry into the Red Bull Bedroom Jam competition. They literally aced it through the first stage thanks to the loyal support of their fans. The final leg of the competition is happening as we speak and each day is pushing them to a different level according to the amount of likes and tweets they get. They went from number 6 to 4 to 3,to 2,and hit 1 only to go back down again to 3. So its a roller coaster but can be steered by your continued voting so please keep liking, sharing and tweeting just till Friday when this leg of the competition closes. They really have a great chance of getting through but its all down to you the public and hopefully this great local band will get the chance to play some music festivals around the country. Watch this space!
